Shamrock Plank Flooring Introduces Pre-Finished Collection
Shamrock Plank Flooring has added two new pre-finished natural grade Hickory flooring lines and one pre-finished Walnut flooring line to its already wide selection of premium hardwood flooring products. The newest product offerings are available in Kilkenny, Limerick and Dublin finishes.
Pre-finished natural Hickory reveals the knots, burls, and streaks that give Hickory its distinctive look. Unique color variations occur not just from board to board but often within the same board. Kilkenny finish has a bold character, with varying dark shades, while Limerick finish has a clear, open look that offers a multitude of possibilities for unique hardwood flooring. Natural grade Hickory is used across the United States and Canada in Western-style hunting lodges and lake homes and is becoming increasingly popular on the West Coast.
The Dublin Walnut finish is rich in color and draws its name from Ireland’s largest city. As the capital of Ireland, Dublin presents a blend of contemporary and traditional Irish culture that matches versatile applications of this shade of Walnut. The finishing process used by Shamrock draws out the dark, rich grain prevalent in natural grade Walnut and is coupled with a UV-cured aluminum oxide satin pre-finish, which displays a look of deep elegance and durability.
